I met Beth at a conference where she was featured as a health coach who turned her life experience into an inspirational book of meditations. I was immediately drawn to her as offering my story has been a dream of mine for the past several years.
After a short conversation, I knew that working with Beth would help me realize my dream. Her style is straight forward, focused while being sensitive and kind.  I welcome her feedback as it is always delivered in the most positive and valuable way.

The stories that are shared are widely relatable, and provide the context to think about each day (and our lives) in a refreshing way. The book is arranged so that you can choose a topic you want to read about, or start from the beginning of the book and read each topic in order. I love the idea of reading one (or more) meditations a day as a way of jump starting my day on the right foot. It is a gem that can be read and re-read as desired.
