THE PROGRAM

  • BSTC partners with the client to:
  • Discover and refine client objectives
  • Assess and explore communication style
  • Co-create a blueprint to achieve desired goals
  • Employ techniques for lasting behavior change
  • Monitor results and adjust strategies as needed

THE PROCESS

The Program begins with a 90-minute session (in person, via phone, or via Skype) to evaluate client background, goals, and desired outcomes. Ancillary topics may include general information on lifestyle habits, stress-management, and communication patterns. From then on twice monthly sessions will last 60 minutes and include evaluation of previous goals and progress, introduction of new information, support around deconstructing program challenges, and setting the next action steps according to the master plan.

Clients of BSTC show up to the Program with willingness, desire for change, and commitment to the process. Reluctance, reservation, and apathy can greatly lengthen the time frame for the work and potentially impact the overall results.

BSTC brings 100% commitment to the goals of the client, an “all in” focus and attitude, and full support structure to each session for the duration of the Program.

THE FOUNDATION

Everyone has goals. Few people effortlessly careen to the top of their chosen field without experiencing challenges from personal roadblocks and limiting beliefs around themselves and others. The vast majority can benefit from increased levels of self-awareness and access to applicable resources, tools, and accountability that can facilitate professional and personal mastery.

THE METHOD

BSTC uses an integrative approach to coaching that operates with the understanding that an individual’s beliefs, both conscious and unconscious, form the basis for interactions throughout the various areas of one’s professional and personal life. Client and coach explore, clarify, and when necessary reframe the belief structure that is responsible for both creating goals and often simultaneously obstructing the realization of those goals. BSTC has developed a unique model to identify and transform disempowering patterns:

The BS Reframe Game

  • Blame – denial; powerlessness; mistrust; turning on others

  • Shame – need to control; perfectionism; turning on self

  • Reframe – rewrite an outdated or inaccurate “truth”
  • Game – mastery of risk and letting go of outcome
